Halali Life Pty Ltd ("Halali", "we", or "us") collects and handles your personal information when you apply as an independent courier, use our mobile application, or interact with the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies to Courier applicants, registered Couriers, and their substitutes ("you", "your"). If you utilize substitutes, you must ensure they read and understand this policy before performing any services for Halali. By accessing the App or sharing your personal information with us, you consent to its collection, sharing, and handling in accordance with these terms. If you do not consent to this policy, you must not use the App or provide your personal information to Halali.

a) Directly from you: When you provide it to us during registration.

b) Automatically: When you use the Halali Delivery App.

a) Account Setup and Application: When applying to become a Courier, we require your name, contact details, date of birth, postcode, service location, vehicle type, and bank account information.

b) Verification and Background Checks: To verify your right to work, we (or a third party) may request copies of your government ID, proof of address, and criminal conviction disclosures.

c) Vehicle Compliance: Depending on your vehicle, you must provide copies of your driver's licence, insurance information, and vehicle registration details.

a) Safety and Quality: To promote the safety and quality of the App, we may share your name, contact number, vehicle type, and location (before and during trips) with customers.

Do-Not-Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers and mobile operating systems.

a) Current Status: As there is currently no uniform industry standard for recognizing DNT signals, Halali does not respond to DNT browser signals or other automated tracking preference mechanisms.

b) Future Updates: If an online tracking standard is adopted that we are required to follow in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to inform you of our revised practices.
